Christmas Holiday Delays 

Our office will officially close for Christmas/New Year holidays from 5pm Friday 19 December 2025, returning Monday 19 January 2026.  We will have a skeleton staff in attendance during this period and we will be dispatching orders periodically, but please be aware it may take us up to two weeks to dispatch your order.  If the phone is unattended, please send us an email.

 

New Zealand Delivery Costs 

The below rates will be automatically calculated at the checkout.

Standard Sized Items

We offer free shipping on order over $60.00, For orders under $60.00 we charge a rate of $8.00

Large/Bulk Items 

For orders under $60.00 we charge a rate $10.00. For orders over $60.00 we charge a rate of $8.00

* This excludes delivery to Stuart Island and the Chatman Islands. 

International Orders 

Please enquire for a quote. Please let us know the item/s you are interested in, and shipping address and we can provide a quote. 

Delivery timeframes

We dispatch all orders from our Auckland warehouse. We aim to dispatch within a couple of business days, and orders generally take 2-5 days to be received.

Click and Collect 

We also offer click and collect, our warehouse is located in Rosedale, Auckland. For click and collect orders, just select this option at the checkout. We aim to have click and collect orders ready within 1-2 business days.
